You can choose to meet up in NP, collect and pay for your item on the spot.
So how do i order?
Choose your payment mode- cash and carry at the payment option. After which we will send a confirmation letter on the meet up details.
For public online pre-ordering:
What is the waiting time for every order?
The normal waiting time for every order is 3 to 7 days after the payment is made.
Does fireflycloset ship overseas?
At the moment, fireflycloset only accept order within the areas of Singapore.

How is payment made?
After you have receive our order confirmation letter, you will then proceed to make payment through ATM fund transfer, iBanking or unless otherwise stated. Payment has to be made within 3 days upon receiving our confirmation letter or else your order will be cancelled.
How are items sent to customer?
Normal Mail - Postage fees are borne by fireflycloset. Items will be sent to your mailbox. We will not be held responsible for any loss of mail.
Registered Mail - An additional $2.20 will be charged. Items will be deliver to your doorstep, however if nobody is at home, you may contact SingPost to arrange for a second delivery or go down to the nearest post office to collect it personally. Your article number will be sent to you upon request and you can check the status of your mail at http://www.singpost.com.sg/
If we are unsatisfied with our purchase, does fireflycloset provide exchange or refund?

What happens when an item I purchase is out of stock?
If any of your purchase is out of stock, we will do a 100% refund back to your account immediately.
